Welcome to Zimbabwe!

Isn't it amazing that one can get on a plane...a contraption with wings and and an engine, and fly far above the earth in comfort, across oceans and deserts and arrive in another country in a matter of hours? What a miracle! We feel extremely grateful and blessed, because we have finally arrived in the beautiful country of Zimbabwe!

It was not without drama and guardian angels on both sides of the veil that helped us make it to the airport in Harare - thru customs, with all of our luggage in tact, just hours before a government issued quarantine that would have likely required us to quarantine for two weeks in a government facility, separated from the missionaries.  Because it's winter here, there's an increase in coronavirus cases. There is a country-wide curfew and limited meeting guidelines, but we are anxious and determined to meet all the missionaries as soon as we are able. We are grateful and happy!
